Questions

The usual first questions.

Do you actually renew certificates, or just track them?
We file them. We hold an RPSL licence, the one India requires to place seafarers, so we crew your fleet and file their renewals with DG Shipping. Most tools only remind you.
Do we have to switch our whole fleet at once?
No. A pilot runs on two vessels for a quarter. If it earns its place, you roll it out at your own pace.
What happens to the software when the link drops?
It keeps working. The bridge saves everything offline and syncs by priority when a window opens, so the office never goes fully dark.
Is the software an add-on we integrate later?
No. It ships with the connection and runs on it. There is no integration project and no second vendor.
Can we keep our current connectivity provider?
You can, but then you keep the gap between the link and the software. Neptane runs both so neither is anyone else's problem.
